Welcome to... Little Miss Muffet Stamps!
A little bit of fun in a lot of different ways!

Hi everyone, I am Barbara Sproatmeyer, aka ForgottenScraps, and I am the owner of Little Miss Muffet Stamps. I love coloring and I love stamping!  However, I think the best part about this is I get to share it with my own Little Miss Muffets who love to work by my side. Their personalities and adventures come out in the stamps that I draw, whether it is the day we roasted smores for the first time or when they discovered how high they could bounce on their hip-hop balls. They continue to be a source of amusement and inspiration.  LOL

Little Miss Muffet Stamps began in January 2011 and I'd like to give a shout-out to my family and friends for their encouragement and support - thank you! I am also very fortunate to have a fabulous design team and I'm reminded of their talent every week when they show off their awesome creations.  For oodles of inspiration, make sure to see what they've created over in the LMMS Gallery or LMMS Challenge blog for lots of creative ideas.

How can I get help?
For the fastest response to your question you can pop in the LMMS FaceBook Group and I, or someone on the Design Team, will be happy to help. There, your questions can be responded to in a day, or more likely, within a few hours.  For specific account information or problem you can use the Contact Form. You can also log into your account and click on Add Request and a history of the request will be kept with your account. Please note that using the Contact Form or Add Request may take up to a day or two to receive a response as I normally schedule my office time in the evening hours; I don't have any office hours on Sundays.  However, your inquiry is important to me and so I hope with multiple venues that you can receive an answer as soon as possible.  In addition, you might also find the following answers helpful. 

Do you have a Terms of Use, EULA or Angel Policy?
Yes!  Please visit the Terms of Use to see all the details regarding the Terms of Use (ToU), End User License Agreement (EULA) and Angel Policy.  If you have specific questions you are welcome to ask for clarification.  Otherwise, All Rights Are Reserved and products are to be used for personal use only.

Who is who?
Barbara is, well... that’s me!  I’m the owner and one of the artists - you can read more about me and Little Miss Muffet Stamps on the top of this page.  The Design Team Coordinators are in charge of the Design Team, challenges and several other on-goings at Little Miss Muffet Stamps.  They are my go-to gals and are fantastic members of the team!  They keep me ‘headed in the right direction’ and ‘my ducks in a row.’  Usually a member of the Design Team steps up to these positions for a period of time and then passes the baton and takes a break.  you can see a roster of the current Design Team Coordinators and Members on the sidebar of the LMMS Challenge Blog

Tell me about shipping.
Shipping on physical products are processed within 2-4 business days. I ship world-wide and shipping options include both First-Class and Priority Mail via United States Postal Service (USPS).  For the quickest processing and shopping times, be sure to select
Priority Mail. Shipping can be calculated on the Shopping Cart page and start as low as $2.70 for domestic or $7.55 for international. Customs forms will show a description for commercial merchandise and order total.  Customers are responsible for any additional fees from customs.

What forms of payment are accepted?
I accept credit cards, PayPal, Money Orders or Cashier's Checks.  Online credit card transactions are securely processed with Paymentech Orbital Gateway using any of the four major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover).  Credit card information is not saved in the store's system.  You can also pay using your PayPal account or send a Money Order or Cashier's Check, along with the order number, the store's PO Box address.

Are refunds available?
If you have a problem with your rubber stamp or metal dies ordered, please Contact Us for an exchange or refund. I'm here to help and to make the order right. Refunds and exchanges will be given on products that have been returned unopened minus any shipping charges. I'm sorry, there are no refunds on digital orders unless the system shows that zero downloads have been attempted. 

What are Digital Stamps and how do I use them?
There are many tutorial and step-by-step guides to using Digital Stamps available online and found through a Google Search.  Try out searching for Digital Stamps How To Tutorial. Here is a few to get you started with the basics:

When are the digital stamps available for download?
The Digital Stamps are instantly available after your order is complete.  You’ll receive an email with links to download the product or you can access the downloads directly from the My Account page.  Important: digital downloads will expire in 5-7 days and then will no longer be available for download. Please remember to backup all your files in case of data corruption or loss.

There is a problem with my Digital Stamp download.
Mistakes happen and sometimes problems will occur with your digital downloads. If this happens, you can submit the details using the Contact Form and I'll get the error fixed, and when necessary, send out the digital files manually via email.

How do I save my shopping cart contents for later?
Shopping carts are automatically cleared anytime after a week but you can save your cart to your account. Make sure you’re logged into your account then view the shopping cart contents. At the bottom of the page is a Save for Later button you can use. To retrieve your saved shopping cart, click on the My Account link at the top. From there you’ll be able to View, Delete or Continue with the order.

How do I earn Customer Reward Points?
Customer Reward Points are earned for every $1.00 spent in the store. You must be logged in to your account to accrue Reward Points and Reward Points can be redeemed at any time. Occasionally there are bonus Reward Points offered in the LMMS Blog or FaceBook Group as part of a promotion.

Where do I see how many Customer Reward Points I have?
Customer Reward Points can be viewed when logged into your account. Click on the My Account link to access your account and towards the bottom of the page is listed your Total Points. You can also click on the View Details to view individual transactions.

How does the Waiting List work?
When products are out of stock you can click on the Put Me On The Waiting List link that shows on the product page. Enter in your contact information and an automated email will be sent out once the item is back in stock with a link to the product.

How do I use the Wish List?
There is an Add to Wish List link on the bottom of each product page that you can click to add items to your Wish List. You must be logged into your account for this feature. To view your Wish List, click on the My Account link to access your account information. There is a section for My Wish List and you can see the number of items in your list on that page. Or click View Details to see what’s on your list and to move items into your shopping cart.

Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes! Gift Certificates can be purchased for yourself or for a friend. They come in a variety of increments starting as low as $5.00 going up to $100.00 per Gift Certificate. When the order is placed, an email is sent to the recipient along with the Gift Certificate Code that will be used to redeem the certificate cost. You can add a personalized message that will be included in the email.

How do I redeem my Gift Certificate?
To redeem a gift certificate, enter the Gift Certificate Code in the Apply Coupon field. This can be done in either the View Cart Page or during the checkout process. The store will then place the Gift Certificate's amount towards the final purchase. If a balance is left over, the certificate will still be good until the remaining amount is used up on subsequent orders.

How do I check my Gift Certificate balance?
First you’ll need to log into your account by clicking on the My Account link at the top. Towards the bottom of the page you can check the balance and view the details under the Gift Certificate section.
